Cabbage / Kobi Koshimbir with Curd

Time 10 min
Shredded cabbage  1/2 cup
Chopped green chilies 1
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Pinch of asafoetida
Curd  2 tbsp
Groundnut powder 2 tbsp
Oil 1 /2 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste

Heat the oil in pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, after it crackles add pinch of asafoetida and then turn off flame. Allow it to cool. Then add this to cabbage, then add curd, sugar, groundnut powder and salt. Serve chill.
